Tim Ulles, CEO

Since 2003, Tim held GM positions in global aerospace and industrial gas turbine component manufacturers within the OEM and aftermarket environments. Prior to Numet, Tim successfully led multiple sites for Chromalloy Gas Turbine in Georgia and Texas, as well as Barnes Aerospace Windsor (CT); one of the largest and most successful machining businesses in Connecticut. Tim also has a progressive career in Financial Management within industrial businesses. Tim is formally trained in Lean Principles and focuses on continuous improvement. Tim has a B.S. in Finance and an M.S. in Financial Management from Fairfield University.

Joseph Sartori, COO

Joe comes to Numet with more than twenty years progressive experience in the aerospace industry, including engineering and processing as well as working in various management positions. Joe worked at Hamilton Standard, Volvo and most recently Beacon Industries as the Director of Operations. Joe graduated from Central Connecticut State College in New Britain, CT and was awarded a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering. Joe, his wife and 3 kids reside in Simsbury.

A. R. (Tony) Guarascio, CFO

Tony comes to NUMET with over 35 years’ experience as a Chief Financial Officer of publicly traded and private equity international companies that have shown continuous revenue and profit improvement from start-up operations to $500 million firms. Tony’s experience encompasses manufacturing operations, software development, and financials services and has partnered with several private equity firms such as Warburg Pincus and General Atlantic to improve operations and execute on strategic objectives. Tony also has extensive experience in Acquisitions, Divestitures, Distribution and Licensing, and Financing Transactions. Tony graduated from the University of Bridgeport and was awarded a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting.
